Biography
Arjeta Dhima
Founder & CEO, iACT Studio
Arjeta Dhima is a distinctive force in Albanian performing arts and professional communication. As the founder and CEO of iACT Studio - Albania's first Public Speaking & Acting Studio, opened in May 2014 - she created a space where voice, body, and presence are trained with artistic seriousness.
Trained as an actress and director, Arjeta sees communication as a stage: a place where people learn to become clear, present, and truthful. In 2018 she became Albania's first and only declared ventriloquist, bringing "Kush Foli?" to the stage with puppet characters Xha Teli, Sindi, and Goca.
Her work connects theatre, education, and leadership. She has appeared on MCN News, Top Albania Radio, CreativeMornings Tirana, and was named Person of the Year 2025 by Business Magazine Albania. Through training, performance, and mentorship, Arjeta has helped thousands of people find their voice with more courage.
